Customization Options

Position

Choose from six different positions:

  • Top Left, Top Center, Top Right
  • Bottom Left, Bottom Center, Bottom Right

Tip: Bottom center is the most common position for page numbers.

Format

Customize the appearance with:

  • Different fonts and sizes
  • Custom prefix and suffix text
  • Custom starting number

Example: "Page 1 of 10", "- 1 -", etc.

Note: Page numbers are added as text on the PDF pages. They will appear on all printed copies and when viewing the PDF electronically.
