File Security
When you upload files to RevisePDF:
- Files are processed on secure servers with appropriate access controls.
- Files are automatically deleted after processing or after a short period (typically 24 hours).
- We do not access, view, or analyse the content of your files except as necessary to provide our services.
- File transfers are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
For files uploaded to our service:
- Uploaded files are automatically deleted after processing or after a maximum of 24 hours.
- Processed files are available for download for a limited time (typically 24 hours) before being automatically deleted.
