Terms
RevisePDF is software for changing existing text stored inside a PDF.
Keep the original
PDFs vary greatly inside. Keep your original file and check every saved result before relying on it. Some text may be stored as an image, an outline or an encoding that RevisePDF cannot change safely.
Layout and signatures
Replacement text can have different dimensions and may overlap nearby content. RevisePDF does not silently shrink fonts or move unrelated objects. Changing a signed PDF will normally invalidate its existing digital signature.
Your responsibility
You must have the right to modify every document you edit. You are responsible for checking whether the result is suitable for legal, archival, regulatory or other important use.
Your documents
RevisePDF does not claim ownership of your documents. Documents are not intentionally uploaded for processing and no cloud copy is created by RevisePDF.
Availability and liability
The service is provided without a promise that every PDF can be edited or that the website will always be available. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by relying on unchecked output or by using RevisePDF for a purpose it does not support.
Public operator details
RevisePDF is currently being tested as a private development service. Verified operator identity, contact details and governing law wording will be published before a public launch rather than being invented here.
